The Forgotten Border Awakens!

Development on The Forgotten Border has officially begun, and we’re thrilled to share our progress from the digital forges of creation.

The Engine of Destiny:
We’ve chosen RPG Maker MZ as our trusty steed (or engine, for those less poetically inclined) to bring this world to life. It’s a powerful tool that lets us focus on storytelling and design, rather than reinventing the wheel (or the sword, in this case).

The Dance of Time:
A day and night system has been implemented! Watch as the sun rises over our lands, casting long shadows that grow shorter as noon approaches. Then, as the day wanes, the moon takes its place, and the world transforms under starlight. Will our heroes prefer the day or the cover of night? Only time will tell!

Quests, Glorious Quests!
No adventure is complete without a quest or two. Our quest management system is now in place, ready to guide players through the many trials and tribulations that await them. From fetching quests to epic save-the-world sagas, we’ve got you covered.

The First Map:
The initial map has been created! This is where our heroes will take their first steps, and where the seeds of our story begin to sprout. It’s a humble start, but every great journey begins with a single step (or tile, in this case).

The Ladies of the Land:
And now, a word on our fair ladies. Important characters whose development is underway. Their stories are being woven into the fabric of our world, and we can’t wait to introduce them to you. Will they be allies, rivals, or something more? Stay tuned!
